In their quest for excellence, the Abeille-Fabre family has put all its talent and high standards into creating this "haute couture" wine merchant house located in the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape by producing its very first red Côtes du Rhône "Réserve Mont-Redon" in the 2000s, thus responding to the ever-growing demand for Mont-Redon signature. The white Côtes du Rhône Réserve Mont-Redon, with a dominant Viognier, was born shortly afterwards. The Côtes du Rhône rosé Réserve Mont-Redon with its freshness and gourmet style completed the trilogy.

The desire to explore the greatest terroirs of the Rhône Valley naturally led us to Gigondas. After a careful selection and maturation, 2017 is the first vintage of our Gigondas red Mont-Redon Reserve.

Attached to the richness and diversity of the Rhone terroirs, we have at heart to highlight them and continue with passion this adventure started several decades ago.

Our art of blending allows us to sublimate our carefully chosen selections from trusted partners. The Aging is adapted to the typicity of each vintage to reveal the potential of the best terroirs of the Appellation.

From «friend’s wines» to «high gastronomy wines», each bottle is crafted with the same rigor and the will to offer wines adapted to all the moments of sharing and conviviality.

Our Côtes du Rhône wines are appreciated from the moment they are bottled for the freshness and purity of their fruit. Our Gigondas vintage, reflecting its terroir and its environment in the Dentelles de Montmirail, offers a noble complexity from the first years of tasting but will reveal all its complexity after four years of careful conservation.
